Vintage Triangular Silver Pendant, Shungite & Turquoise EMF Necklace
This unique pendant is suspended from a shungite bead necklace along with a string of genuine natural turquoise beads on each side.
A couple sterling silver spacer beads have been added for accent.
The pendant may or may not be sterling silver. I acquired it as part of a vintage collection from a jeweler who was deceased, so I was not able to ask - and there was only one! It could even be pewter as there was no tarnish at all. It has little "hieroglyphic" engravings that have a bit of an Egyptian vibe.
In addition to the EMF protection from shungite, turquoise provides support for the throat chakra and is one of the oldest known healing stones. Genuine turquoise is increasingly rare and considered by some to be among the most powerful healing gemstones.
The necklace is strung on very durable - but flexible - Soft Touch jewelry wire for excellent strength and drape. Take care to not over-bend it as the cording has a wire core which can kink if bent beyond a certain point.
The necklace closes with a pretty but strong sterling silver Mag-lok clasp.

More About the Clasp
The necklace comes with a sturdy, self-aligning sterling silver Mag-Lok clasp, which is an extremely strong rare earth magnet. To open the clasp, SLIDE the two halves apart - DO NOT PULL (a thumbnail is handy to get it started).
Those with pacemakers should NOT use these magnets. If you prefer a lobster clasp, please message me - it can easily be switched out.

What do the stones do, exactly?
Shungite is nature’s strongest EMF protector, and it’s found in only one place: the Karelia region of Russia. Its unique molecular carbon structure transforms the EMFs into biologically harmless frequencies. People who are sensitive to EMFs feel better when wearing certain protective minerals and stones, like shungite. It’s also said to block negative energy, and acts as a detoxifier of free radicals, viruses, bacteria, chemicals, and other toxic agents.Turquoise is one of the oldest healing stones but is becoming increasingly difficult to find these days. It is considered to be one of the most powerful gemstones by many world cultures.
Turquoise is one of the oldest healing stones but is becoming increasingly difficult to find these days. It is considered to be one of the most powerful gemstones by many world cultures.
