What does shungite do, exactly?
Shungite protects those nearby from EMFs. How? Its unique molecular carbon structure transforms the EMFs into biologically harmless frequencies. People who are sensitive to EMFs feel better when they have certain protective minerals and stones nearby, like shungite. It’s also said to block negative energy, and acts as a detoxifier of free radicals, viruses, bacteria, chemicals, and other toxic agents. Genuine shungite is extremely rare and comes only from one place - Karelia, Russia.
About the Bowl
These eco friendly olive wood bowls are handcrafted in Tunisia - and each is unique! They are produced from the wood of olive trees that have stopped producing; olive wood is a hard wood.
For care, carefully hand wash if needed, and occasionally coat with olive oil to prevent the wood from drying out. Do not leave soaking in water or exposed to heat or sunshine.
About Wrapped Rockz
Not all rocks are created equal!
Inspired by the drama of the primal rock landscape of the Southwest and her Zen Buddhist practice, artist Betsy Bauer crafts her wrapped rock sculptures using stones she hand selects from ancient dry riverbeds in New Mexico and from far flung places she visits on her travels.
In her studio, Betsy wraps each specimen in natural cane, fusing ancient Japanese basketry techniques with contemporary design elements from the Southwest.
Rocks wrapped with cane should be treated with care to last a long time. Their delicate wraps are not conducive to being carried around.
