My Experience With the Boswellia Supplement
It Might Be Helping? A Bit Soon to Say for Sure
I have been taking the boswellia supplement for about a month now. I started with one a day for about 3 days just to make sure my stomach was good with everything, then I went to twice a day.
I wasn't taking it for anything specific, other than I have chronic inflammation that shows up as various muscle, tendon, and fascia issues. Lots of tendonitis and that sort of thing. I'm 62, and as I've gotten older I notice these episodes just persist and persist and persist. Aging is not for sissies - as someone dear used to say!
Several weeks ago, I had tendonitis appear in a new spot - my right wrist. Not in the classic carpal tunnel place but on the ulnar side (pinky side). It actually got severe quickly so I put it in a brace to immobilize it for a week or two.
I immediately started applying my frankincense oil because that is my go-to. But I also started the boswellia supplement shortly after this wrist thing began.
Although it's not resolved, I think my wrist is improving. It could be the supplement is having a role in that - there is no way to say for certain. I am now mostly out of the brace except when doing weight training, and I am able to stretch the wrist and it feels pretty GOOD (in a hurts so good sort of way).
Time will tell but I am trusting and sensing that the boswellia is helping, even if I can't say I noticed something profound right away. Some people do - according to Robin. But natural agents often take time as our bodies adjust and heal on their own sweet schedule when given the support they need.
So that's my report. Maybe not an "earthshaking testimonial" for you - but an honest one.
