We make every attempt to ship orders out in a timely manner. In most cases, we will get your order out in 1-2 business days.

Once your package is in the hands of the shipper, it is out of our hands. If you have provided an email address, you will receive tracking updates. We only have access to the same tracking information as you.

If there is a problem with your delivery, the most expedient way to resolve it is to contact your local Post Office or other shipper (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc), to inquire as to the whereabouts of your package.

We do ship internationally to select countries. There are cross-border restrictions for certain items, so we cannot ship all products to all countries. In addition to the cost of the products and shipping, there are often taxes, duties, and brokerage fees depending on the shipper and destination country.
