The Happy Hands Cream with Cupuacu Butter
Do your hands get a little beat up from every day work and play, or maybe winter dryness? Do you have crackly cuticles?
Maybe you need Happy Hands to make your hands feel happy again!
I hesitate calling it a cream, and yet it's not quite a salve... it's sort of halfway in between.
It's whipped healing butters and oils, basically. Very concentrated, so you use a little over your entire hands - or just a dab on your cuticles.
If you sneak a little onto your dry feet or elbows, I won't tell anyone...
What is Cupuacu Butter?
Cupuacu (Theobroma grandiflorum) is a relative of the cacao tree native to the Amazon, especially the southern part of Brazil. It grows prolifically and its harvest is considered sustainable, for now at least.
The seeds are pressed into a butter that is rich in natural fats that are deeply moisturizing for the skin and hair.
Cupuacu butter contains 1.5 times more nutrients than shea butter - particularly antioxidants such as flavonols!
Cupuacu can hold anywhere from 200-450 percent of its weight in water when applied to the skin. This feature, along with its high antioxidant, phytosterol and fatty acid content, make it a rising star in the cosmetic world.
The flavor and aroma of cupuacu have been compared to chocolate - with secondary notes of tropical fruit or pineapple.

Once your package is in the hands of the shipper, it is out of our hands. If you have provided an email address, you will receive tracking updates. We only have access to the same tracking information as you.
If there is a problem with your delivery, the most expedient way to resolve it is to contact your local US Post Office or other shipper (UPS, Fedex, etc), to inquire as to the whereabouts of your package.
We do ship internationally to select countries. There are import and export restrictions that prohibit certain items, so we cannot ship to all countries.
In addition to shipping costs, please be aware that taxes and fees vary by country and can be quite substantial. There are taxes, duties, and even customs "brokerage fees" charged by certain shippers, such as UPS and FedEx.
When you complete an international purchase from Shungite Queen, you will be able to see the expected charges for taxes, duties, customs, and brokerage fees before completing your purchase, so there will be no unexpected surprises upon delivery.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item. This happens rarely, but we will always strive to make it right!
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To discuss a return or exchange, please contact us at the email below and we will respond within 24 hours about what to do next.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded such as custom products or special orders. If you wish to return a custom item, it may be eligible for a partial refund, so please get in touch with us with your specific questions or concerns.
When ordering custom jewelry, make sure to measure carefully per the instructions provided so we will get it right the first time. Necklace lengths, wrist sizes, etc. We always welcome questions about size and fit prior to ordering!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, apothecary products, or gift cards.

Apothecary FAQ
Apothecary FAQ
Apothecary FAQ
🌿 How are these apothecary products made?
These apothecary products are made in small batches with fresh herbs and oils, pure and chemical free. Many of the herbs are grown in my own organic garden, and others are sourced from local growers. All are handmade using the strictest quality and ethical standards. I am very selective about every single ingredient that goes into these special formulations.
🌿 What sets these apothecary products apart?
Literally every detail! Attention is paid to every ingredient and phase of the process to maximize the potency of these oils, creams and other products. For example, I use a two-phase herbal extraction process for my whole herb oils that breaks down the cell wall of the herbs, resulting in a far more concentrated product than you will find elsewhere.
🌿 Are these products organic?
I do not have organic certification but I use certified organic or biodynamically grown ingredients in all my products, whenever possible. Some suppliers are not certified but fully implementing organic or biodynamic practices. I support those who practice fair trade and sustainability.
🌿 Are herbal products safe?
Yes, topical herbal products are generally very safe. That said, it's always wise to take precautions. Any person can experience skin sensitivity or an allergic reaction to anything, at any time. When starting a new product, always perform a patch test on a small area of skin, like the inner elbow, and wait 24 hours before applying more widely.
🌿 Why is there an apothecary in a shungite store?
As a nurse, I have always believed that health and wellness requires a multifaceted approach - there is no magic bullet. We should all be avoiding chemical laden products if we hope to overcome any health challenge - be it electrohypersensitivity or something else. My passion for herbal medicine led to my desire to share these special formulations with the world.
