There are four base whole-herb infused oils whose properties are summarized below. To this, 6 essential oils have been added for their specific therapeutic benefits toward mitigating pain, inflammation and trauma.

The Botanicals & What They Do
🌼 Arnica
Compounds in Arnica flower infused oil inhibit inflammation, stimulate circulation and encourage the body’s natural healing process. Note that this is NOT homeopathic arnica that you often see in natural pharmacies. It is a whole-herb infused oil, which is much more potent and has some precautions (see bottom of page). Some studies have found arnica equally effective to ibuprofen.
🍂 Cottonwood Bud
Cottonwood buds (aka Balm of Gilead) contain a resin that is rich in salicin. Salicin is the precursor to salicylic acid, the active ingredient in aspirin that's responsible for its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects. Cottonwood bud oil is particularly beneficial for soothing sore muscles, joint pain, arthritis, sprains and strains. This resin also exhibits antimicrobial and antifungal properties and is fabulous for the skin overall, stimulating new cell growth and accelerating healing.
Frankincense
The frankincense oil in this trauma blend is made from premium grade Boswellia carterii extract, with 70% boswellic acids for excellent relief of pain and inflammation. You can read more about the frankincense oil here.
🌾 St. John’s Wort
St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) flowers have analgesic, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and wound healing properties. These special compounds have a particular affinity for nerves, therefore the oil is especially helpful for nerve pain, neuralgias, pinched nerves and such. Also good for sunburn and other minor burns.

- Use with caution if allergic to Asteraceae and Compositae families of plants (examples include daisy, sunflower, marigold, chamomile, ragweed, chrysanthemum)
- Discontinue if signs of redness or itching

Shipping
We make every attempt to ship orders out in a timely manner. In most cases, we will get your order out in 1-2 business days.
Once your package is in the hands of the shipper, it is out of our hands. If you have provided an email address, you will receive tracking updates. We only have access to the same tracking information as you.
If there is a problem with your delivery, the most expedient way to resolve it is to contact your local US Post Office or other shipper (UPS, Fedex, etc), to inquire as to the whereabouts of your package.
We do ship internationally to select countries. There are import and export restrictions that prohibit certain items, so we cannot ship to all countries.
In addition to shipping costs, please be aware that taxes and fees vary by country and can be quite substantial. There are taxes, duties, and even customs "brokerage fees" charged by certain shippers, such as UPS and FedEx.
When you complete an international purchase from Shungite Queen, you will be able to see the expected charges for taxes, duties, customs, and brokerage fees before completing your purchase, so there will be no unexpected surprises upon delivery.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item. This happens rarely, but we will always strive to make it right!
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded such as custom products or special orders. If you wish to return a custom item, it may be eligible for a partial refund, so please get in touch with us with your specific questions or concerns.
When ordering custom jewelry, make sure to measure carefully per the instructions provided so we will get it right the first time. Necklace lengths, wrist sizes, etc. We always welcome questions about size and fit prior to ordering!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, apothecary products, or gift cards.
Refunds
A refund will be issued once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, we will notify you and issue the refund on your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund - typically a few days.
